Charisse Ang was born in Manila, Philippines and at the age of 7, she and her family migrated to Windsor, ON. By age 12, she moved to Vancouver, BC where she attended high school. After graduation, she moved to Toronto, ON and studied New Media: Image Arts at Ryerson University but eventually graduated at York University with her Bachelor of Arts, specializing in Fine Arts & Communications.
As a Creative Thinker with 10 years of experience in conceptualizing, developing, art directing and executing successful campaigns. Her portfolio encompasses from initial brand concepts to a 360 global campaign and everything in between.
She is currently the Head of Creative, Global at NUDESTIX, where she fuses her multi-disciplinary talents and pioneers omni-channel creative brand vision and design development. She manages and leads the creative, social and merchandising teams as the brand continues to expand globally.
She is a travel aficionado that can’t live without French pastries & neutral palettes. She gets way too excited about Japanese paper, gold leaf detailing, book binding and clever typography. She loves munching on Ketchup chips and sipping on Americano Brevés. On the weekends, you can find her at the local cafés or sifting through the vintage racks for one-of-a-kind pieces.
